Traveling to a Duty Point While on Personal or Compensatory Leave
The supporting documentation must:
- State that a state agency required the travel to the duty point.
— and — - Show that the claimed travel expense reimbursement does not exceed the lesser of:
- The amount of travel expenses actually incurred while traveling to the duty point.
— and — - The amount of travel expenses that would have been incurred if the employee had traveled from the employee’s designated headquarters directly to the duty point.
- The amount of travel expenses actually incurred while traveling to the duty point.
