Prospective State Employees
    Except as provided below, the voucher and documentation requirements for a reimbursement to a prospective state employee are the same as those for the reimbursement of a travel expense incurred by a state employee.
- The term “prospective state employee” must be listed in the title section of the travel voucher/form.
 - The supporting documentation must list the title of the position that the prospective state employee was interviewed or evaluated for.
 - The documentation must include a complete lodging receipt, regardless of the type of position the prospective state employee was interviewed or evaluated for.
