Authorization for Warrant Pickup

The Comptroller’s office requires all state agencies and institutions of higher education to designate their preferred method of warrant distribution by submitting their Agency Authorization for Warrant Pickup form (74-189). The form is perpetual and must be updated whenever authorized personnel are added or removed, or if the preferred distribution method changes.
