FMX Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The Fiscal Management Division website (FMX) helps state agencies and institutions of higher education efficiently and effectively manage their appropriations, financial reporting, purchase and travel expenditures, payrolls and personnel. FMX was made available on Sept. 19, 2005.

FMX documents contain information intended for state agencies, institutions of higher education, and public community and junior colleges. All information from Fiscal Management needed by state agency and higher education staff is available in FMX.

FMX also includes State Payee Payment Resources.
