FMX Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The Fiscal Management Division website (FMX) helps state agencies and institutions of higher education efficiently and effectively manage their appropriations, financial reporting, purchase and travel expenditures, payrolls and personnel. FMX was made available on Sept. 19, 2005.
FMX documents contain information intended for state agencies, institutions of higher education, and public community and junior colleges. All information from Fiscal Management needed by state agency and higher education staff is available in FMX, so there's no need to worry about where to look—start with FMX.
FMX also includes State Payee Payment Resources.
You can monitor the "What’s New?" on FMX (on the main page and topic pages). There’s an archive of everything that’s posted to "What’s New?", so you never have to worry about missing something.
You can sign up to receive our weekly e-newsletter, FMXtra, that will keep you up to date on policies, procedures and other important information from Fiscal Management.
