Requesting a Higher Maximum Lodging Reimbursement Rate

The agency head or designee of the agency head may determine that local conditions necessitate an increase in the lodging rate for a particular location for both in-state and out-of-state travel. This determination must be documented internally by the agency and made available on request during post-payment audit.
