Disposal Method 01 and 02 (Completed and Pending Transfers)

Disposal methods 01 and 02 are system-generated when the Transfer Property Screen (PATRAN) or the Receive Transfer Property Screen (PARXER) are utilized. See Chapter 7 for procedures regarding the transfer of property to another state agency.

  • Disposal method 01 – completed transfer. A property that has been accepted by the receiving agency. System generated by the Receive Transfers screen (PARXER)
  • Disposal method 02 – pending transfer. A property transfer initiated by the sending agency or the TFC Surplus Process that has not yet been accepted by the receiving agency. System generated by the Transfer Property Screen (PATRAN).
