Posting to the Project Table
About this Procedure
The control key of the Project table contains four required elements, which always post, and five optional elements, which may or may not post, depending on the value of the posting — level indicator.
Required Elements
Required Elements include:
- Agency
- Project Number
- Fiscal Year
- Balance Type
Optional Elements
Optional Elements include:
- Grant Phase
- Fund
- Comptroller Object
- Agency Object
- Grant Object
Note: The required elements are always posted when the project number is present on the transaction and the T–Code updates the project table.
