Posting to the Appropriation Table
About this Procedure
The control key of the Appropriation table contains five required elements, which always post, and four optional elements, which may or may not post, depending on the value of the posting — level indicator.
Required Elements (Always Posted)
Required elements include:
- Agency
- Appropriation Year
- Appropriation Number
- Fiscal Year
- Balance Type
Optional Elements
Optional elements include:
- Appropriated Fund
- Fund
- Program Code
- Organization Code
