USAS Inquiry Screens

About these Screens

The financial inquiry screens allow users to view the accounting balances and transactions kept in USAS financial tables. Each inquiry screen is merely a “look” into one of the USAS financial tables. For example, the 59 Appropriation Summary and 62 Appropriation Record inquiry screens are inquiries on the balances maintained in the Appropriation table.

Financial Inquiry Menu

The Financial Inquiry Menu lists the inquiry screens available to users, based on their user IDs and user classes, and shows the initials of the financial table from which each inquiry screen retrieves data.
