Posting to the Cash Control Table
About this Procedure
The control key of the Cash Control table contains three required elements, which always post, and five optional elements, which may or may not post, depending on the value of the posting-level indicator.
Required Elements (Always Posted)
Required elements include:
- Appropriation Year
- Fiscal Year
- Balance Type
Optional Elements
Optional elements include:
- Agency
- Appropriated Fund
- Fund
- Grant Number (never posted)
- Grant Phase
