Step Action
1 Access H0BUN.
2 Enter R in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
AGENCY (Key)
EMPLOYEE SSN (Key)
AGENCY DEFINED 1 (Optional)

A value of up to eight alphanumeric characters which defines additional employee information.

Note: Contact your USPS representative to set up the screen literal for AGENCY DEFINED 1.

Note: The agency-defined EMPLOYEE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field does not have any edits validating the information. It is included on Report 50 (Personnel Extract File).
