HMPSC – Updating Employee Schedule Card

Step Action
1

Access HMPSC using all three key fields, or access HNHLS and insert SC on the SUBCOMMAND field to link to HMPSC.

Note: If the employee has more than one active assignment, verify that you are working on the current assignment prior to processing the transactions.

2 Enter R in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
AGENCY (Key)
EMPLOYEE SSN (Key)
POS (Key)
NON PAY CHG DT (Required)
Enter the effective date of the schedule card change.
CARD (Optional)
The employee’s schedule card. If this field is left blank, the system assumes the employee is on a regular 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday schedule. Agency level schedule cards are established on HPSJS.
4 Press Enter to process the transaction.
