Step Action
1 Access HIDU2 using only the employee’s SSN.
2 Enter R in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
INDIVIDUAL SSN (Key)
BADGE TYPE (Optional)
An agency-defined badge type. For example, enter MK for Marketing.
BADGE ID (Optional)
An agency-defined badge identification number. For example, enter MK12345678.
SECURITY CLEARANCE (Optional)
An agency-defined security clearance level. For example, enter LVL4 for Top Secret.
CLEARING AGENCY (Optional)
An agency-defined value to indicate the agency issuing the individual’s security clearance. For example, enter NSA for National Security Agency.
PAY RAISE ELIGIBILITY INDICATOR (Optional)
Eligibility information for the legislative pay increase, if applicable.
DRIVER LIC STATE (Optional)
The post office abbreviation to indicate the state that issued the individual's driver's license.
NO (Optional)
The individual’s driver license number.
EXP DATE (Optional)
The date the individual’s driver license expires.
CITY OF BIRTH (Optional)
TEMPORARY SSN (Required)

RI Resident immigrant (greencard)
COUNTRY OF CTZP (Optional)
An agency-defined value to indicate the individual’s country of citizenship. Defaults to USA.
VISA EXP DT (Optional)
The date the work visa expires (MM/DD/CCYY).
