Purpose of the 31 Sub-Grantee Profile

The 31 Sub-Grantee Profile defines Sub-Grantee ID for grant reporting purposes.

Contractors used for specific grants are considered sub-grantees.The 31 Profile is an optional profile for agencies to use.
