D02 Agency Profile

Purpose of the D02 Agency Profile

The D02 Agency Profile establishes agency number and other agency-related information.

The D02 is established centrally for each agency. Each agency must have an agency number and an agency profile before being able to process transactions in USAS.

Doc Types Req. Approval to Post
Lists the document types that require pre-approval before they can post.
Agency Group
Classifies similar agencies for information gathering. Agency Group also allows security to be defined for a group of agencies.
Agency Type
Indicates whether the agency is an Institution of Higher Education (H) or other (O). An ‘H’ in this field will invoke certain higher education system edits.
GAAP Function
Used to produce the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.
Cash Basis Function
Used to produce statewide cash basis reports.
LBB Function
Used to group agencies into government functions.
Usage Ind
Differentiates between Internal (I) and Reporting (R) Agencies.
