D47 Grant Number Profile
Purpose of the D47 Grant Number Profile
The D47 Grant Number Profile records and reports individual grant information. At least one grant number must be established for each Catalogue of Federal Domestic Assistance (ALN) Number used.
Note: If an agency needs to establish a grant for validating grant matching, an agency will establish separate profiles for each matching percentage since the agency number and grant number are in the control key of the D47 Grant Number Profile. The state matching percent field in the profile does not perform calculations; it is an informational field only. An agency would also be required to set up two grant control profiles under the 29 Grant Control Profile because the 29 profile edits the D47 Grant Number Profile to ensure the percentages are met. The system will process transactions against these grant numbers.
The D47 Profile must be established by agencies receiving federal grant money.
