DO4 Program Code Profile

Purpose of the D04 Program Code Profile

The D04 Program Code Profile establishes an agency’s Program (Strategic) Structure electronically in USAS.

Note: The following pages display an example of a generic Program Structure.

The D04 Profile must be established by each agency. A minimum of three levels is required to be set up. The numbering and titles for Program Code Levels 1-3 are predefined and approved by the Legislative Budget Board for each agency based on the General Appropriations Act and must be established accordingly by each agency.

  • Level 1–Agency Goals
  • Level 2–Agency Objectives
  • Level 3–Strategies

Levels 4–9 of the Program Structure are agency defined and are optional.
