Key Fields: AGENCY, POSING, POSTING EFF DATE, APPLICANT, INTERVIEWER, INTERVIEW DATE
Step Action
1 Access HMHU1.
2 Enter I in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
AGENCY (Key)
POSTING (Key)
The posting identification number from HN3U1.
POSTING EFF DATE (Key)
Enter the posting effective date.
TITLE (Display)
The functional job class title from the JOB/FUNC CLASS field entered on HN3U1. If no FUNC CLASS code was entered on HN3U1, this field displays the JOB TITLE field from H7OU1.
APPLICANT (Key)

Enter the applicant identification number from HMFU1 (Applicant Identification).

Note: The applicant’s name displays the next time this record is accessed.

INTERVIEWER (Key)

Enter the interviewer’s SSN with two leading zeros. The interviewer’s name displays the next time this record is accessed.

Note: The interviewer’s SSN must be established on HIDU1.

INTERVIEW DATE (Key)
Enter the date of the interview.
START (Required)
Enter the interview start time. Indicate a.m. or p.m. in the second area of the field. The system checks schedule conflicts for the interviewer but not for the applicant.
END (Required)
Enter the time the interview will end. Use the second area of the field to indicate a.m. or p.m. The system checks for schedule conflicts for the interviewer but not for the applicant.
LOCATION (Required)
Enter the location code for the interview site from HNJU1. The location displays the next time you access the record.
PHONE (Optional)
The interviewer’s telephone number. If no value is entered, this field defaults to the value in the WORK PHONE field on HIDU1.
EXT (Optional)
The interviewer’s telephone extension number.
INTERVIEW TYPE (Optional)
Indicates the interview type. A warning message displays if you do not enter a value in this field.
