Report 563 Employee Leave Balances

Report 563 is set up on the HNKLA screen with the LA process date set to the EOM. The report displays balance information for all employees on:

  • Overtime
  • Compensatory time
  • Holiday compensatory time
  • Vacation time
  • Sick leave

Note: Sick leave information on this report does not include sick leave awarded to the employee from the sick leave pool.

Report 565 Employee Leave Accrued Report

Report 565 provides an audit trail of the accrual process and displays basic information about each employee, including:

  • Organization code
  • Hire date
  • Years and months of service with the state

The report also lists:

  • Vacation and sick leave year-to-date balances
  • Hours accrued in the current leave accounting month
