Post Pending Leave Report 196
Leave Process
Request Post Pending Leave Report 196 on the night after you post Report 156.
Report 196 generates an exception report for leave that could not post, as when there is not enough leave on the books.
The report can be run after Report 156 as needed, up until the month-end reports are requested.
Like Report 156, Report 196 has to be set up on two screens to process correctly.
- First, set up the report on the HNKLA screen with the LA process date of the last calendar day of the month for which the accruals were posted
- Next, go to the HSRPT screen and request Report 196
