Run the following reports after ALL entries and maintenance reports have been completed. These reports run the day after Report 537 has successfully run.

  • Report 199 – FLSA O.T./Comp Time Activity
  • Report 561 – Sick Leave Pool Activity
  • Report 563 – Employee Leave Balances
  • Report 565 – Employee Leave Accrued Report

Report 199 – FLSA O.T./Comp Time Activity

This report provides a monthly breakdown of overtime and compensatory time activity and balance information. It is requested on the HSRPT screen with the accrual month-end date set on the HNKLA screen in the LA PROCESS DATE field.

Report 561 – Sick Leave Pool Activity

This report displays information pertaining to the agency's sick leave pool. It is requested on the HNKLA screen.
