Retirement Code Discrepancy Report
(SPRRRTD-01)

This report provides a list of employees with potentially incorrect Retirement Code indicators in SPRS. The report will display the current retirement code on file in SPRS and will indicate if ERS has informed the Comptroller’s office that the employee should or should not have a 90-day waiting period for retirement contributions.

Agencies should research any messages generated on this report, confirm the correct retirement code status with ERS, and if necessary correct the retirement code indicator in both SPRS and their internal system.

The report will be run daily. If discrepancies are found, the report will be distributed along with the agency’s regular personnel reports.
