Step Action
1 Access HNJU1.
2 Enter I or R in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
AGENCY (Key)
LOCATION CODE (Key)
Enter an agency-defined location code.
EFFECTIVE DATE (Key)
Enter the date the location code becomes effective.
LOCATION NAME (Required)
Enter the name of the work location.
AGENCY SITE TYPE (Optional)
The agency location for address purposes.
FLR Floor Number
OFC Office Name
SITE REPORT TO (Optional)
A user-defined value to describe the reporting location.
ADDRESS/CITY/STATE/ZIP (Optional)
COUNTY (Required)
Enter the location’s county code. Press F2 twice for values (Decode Table 872).
COUNTRY (Optional)
001 USA
BUILDING (Optional)
The location’s building name or number.
EEO-4 FUNCTION CD (Required)
Enter the EEO-4 function code for the location.

04 Police protection
05 Fire protection

May be used as a sublocation number.
TWC REPORT NUMBER (Required)
Enter the number assigned by the Texas Workforce Commission for reporting purposes.
JC REPORT IND (Optional)
Indicates if the agency is included on the job classification report.
INACTIVE DATE (Optional)
Indicates the date the location will be inactivated.
SIC CODE (Required)
Enter the Standard Industrial Classification code for this agency location.
