Payment Search
State Agency Payment Search

If you have security access, you can login to State Agency Payment Search to research payments for your agency or university.

  • Agency number(s) you have access to are listed in the Agency Number dropdown field.
  • Governing agencies can view payments for the agencies they oversee.

You can enter 1, 3 or 7 TINs into the first field on the Payment Search screen. Search results contain data for the current and past three state fiscal years up to 1,000 results. Options include:

  • Paying Agency
  • Payment Date Range (Default is 30 days; may be left blank)
  • Mail Code
  • Payment Type (Direct Deposit, Warrant or Held)

Advanced search options include:

  • Payment Amount Range
  • Invoice Number
  • Document Number
  • Payment Number

Search results are downloadable to a printable text file or a raw data comma-separated value (CSV) file.

CAUTION: Hold Results Not Updated in Real Time

  • The View Reported State Debt button appears on the search results page even if no payments are on hold.
  • The application provides a snapshot of hold information for existing vendors, which can assist with research.
  • The Payee Hold Information (PYHOLD) screen in TINS remains the system of record for hold information.

Adding the Login to Your Favorites or Bookmarks

You must either use a login link from FMX or follow these steps to add the login to your Favorites in Internet Explorer or Bookmarks in Firefox or Chrome.

Internet Explorer

  1. Copy and paste in the browser window.
  2. Click on Favorites.
  3. Click on the Add to Favorites button at the top of the window.
  4. Click the Add button.
  5. Go back to Favorites and right-click on the State Agency Payment Search link.
  6. Choose Properties.
  7. Under the Web Document tab, paste in the same URL from the first step:
  8. Click OK.


  1. Copy and paste in the browser window.
  2. Go to the drop-down menu in the Firefox tab at the left top of the page or right click.
  3. Select Bookmarks and then Bookmark This Page.
  4. Choose where you want the bookmark saved.
  5. Click Done.
  6. Go to the Firefox drop-down menu again and select Bookmarks and then Show All Bookmarks.
  7. Find the folder where you saved the Bookmark.
  8. Click on the State Agency Payment Search link.
  9. In Location field at the bottom of the window, paste in the same URL from the first step:
  10. Close the window


  1. Copy and paste in the browser window.
  2. Click on the star in the upper right corner to open the Bookmark box.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In URL field, paste in the same URL from the first step:
  5. Click Save.
