Verification D – Large Negative Balances (Verification D)
Verification D populates with a list of records that includes a large negative dollar amount or states No large negative balances found.
If any NSE records are populated in this verification statement, provide a brief explanation or include corrected information in the Additional Comments
field. Example explanations include:
- The large negative records represent adjustments are offset by positive records for the same CFDA.
- The large negative balance represents the liquidation of an award received in a PY.
If no NSE records found listed in this Verification statement, you may type n/a or none in the Additional Comments
field or leave the field blank.
