Verification C – NSE Information and ID Number Verification (Verification C)

Verification C populates with a list of NSE records that include an NSE name or ID Number not already in the SEFA web application or, if not, the Verify: Our agency does not have any NSE activity message appears.

For all NSE records populated in this Verification statement, each agency must provide a brief explanation or include corrected information in the Additional Comments field. Each agency must also contact the financial reporting analyst, so they may review your agency’s NSE information.

If no NSE records are listed in this verification statement, the agency may enter n/a or none in the Additional Comments field or leave the field blank.
