Note 5 – Unemployment Insurance Funds

Note 5 is only required for agencies that report expenditures under Unemployment Insurance (ALN 17.225).

Disclose the state and federal portions of unemployment insurance expenditures during the fiscal year in the Comment field. You may state N/A or none if your agency did report any ALN 17.225 expenditures during the fiscal year. Click Save once the note is updated.
