Security Required for WWIC

If you need to view or cancel warrants for your agency or institution, request Web Warranty Inquiry and Cancellation System (WWIC) access from your agency security coordinator (Comptroller user ID required).

If a payment contains transactions marked as confidential (Y or S) in the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) or Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) Financials, you need security access to confidential payments to view or cancel the payment using WWIC.
