Establishing a Recurring Transaction Index (RTI)
To establish an RTI for the receipt of revenue, you make the following entries on the 55 (550) screen, then press F6 to complete the process:

| TRANS NO | The six-digit transaction number |
| RTI | The six-digit recurring transaction index |
| TRANS CODE | The three-digit transaction code from the ITV Matrix |
| PCA | The five-digit program cost account number |
| COMP/AGY OBJ | The four-digit comptroller revenue object code |
| % ALLOCATED | The percent allocated in decimal points |
| PDT | T |
| APPN YR | The two-digit appropriation year in which the revenue is to be recognized |
