USAS Interagency Transactions

Lesson 6: Entering a Recurring Transaction Profile

Recurring Transaction Profile

The Recurring Transaction Profile 55 (550) screen is used to create the allocation profile (RTI profile) for an agency to receive an interagency transfer.

An RTI must be created in user class 79 or an ERI:ALLPOST DOCTYPE INVLD error will inhibit the profile successfully adding.

Once an RTI profile exists, it can be used repeatedly for any interagency transactions that post to the same coding block.

Potential error

Because the user's USAS User ID is part of the RTI's profile, any RTI added to the 55 (550) screen is subject to the error: E9Q: IT/RTI IFAC2 AND IFAC3 NOT MATCHING.

If the RTI's User ID is deleted off of USAS, the RTI will give other agencies using that RTI an E9Q error until another authorized USAS User ID adds the RTI on the 55 (550) screen.
