USAS Interagency Transactions
Lesson 1: Interagency Transaction Vouchers Overview
USAS Transaction Codes
Transaction codes (T-codes) are three-digit numbers that determine the accounting impact of each USAS transaction.
The Comptroller's office has created T-code combinations to reflect specific types of interagency transactions, as each type of interagency transfer represents a different accounting event.
The combination of T-codes used in the RTI agency's 55 (550) Recurring Transaction Profile screen and the transaction agency's initiating transaction must form a valid combination or the transfer does not process.
