How to Change a Password
About this Procedure
This procedure explains how a user may change passwords. The Comptroller’s office policy requires a password change for each user at least once every 90 days
The system will suspend a user after three attempts to change a password have failed. A user must contact the agency’s Security Coordinator to have the user ID reset.
