How to Logoff USAS

About this Procedure

This procedure explains how to logoff USAS from VTAM/Switch.

Note: Be sure to cancel any ACTIVE or INTERRUPT function before completing this procedure.

  1. At a USAS screen or profile, press F3.
  2. At the submenu, press F3.
  3. At the MAIN MENU, press F3 or enter Z in the Selection field and press Enter.
  4. Enter Logoff and press Enter; Logoff can be typed over the system-generated information on the screen. The Session Manager screen will appear.
  5. Enter Logoff x.

    Note: "X" represents the system number. For example, "Logoff 1" will log the user off USAS Production CICS (option 1 on the Session Manager).
