Chapter 5 – Updating Property and Funds
Updating Surplus Property
The Update Surplus Information (PADUPD) screen allows agencies to view or update information on property that has been advertised as surplus (disposal method 05) only.
Fields that can be updated include:
- Advertise Date
- Contact Person
- Sale Person
- Phone Number
- App Req Ind
- Fax Number
- Item/Lot No
- Sale/Auction #
- Asking Price
- Cond/
- Surp Location
- Surp Descript
- Surp Comment
Procedure
- Access the Update Surplus Information (PADUPD) screen on the Main Menu.
- Enter the property number in the
PROPERTYfield. - Enter the component number in the
COMPONENTfield. - Press Enter.
- Make any changes required.
- Update the
SURP COMMENTfield if applicable. - Press Enter. The message Updates Complete appears.
