USAS and Payroll Reports
USAS
DAFR3651 – Warrant Register by Agency Report lists all warrants issued by each agency. If a warrant is on hold, the PDT field will display RH, DH or VH (replacement warrant).
USPS
USPS Report 182 – Warrant Register prints locally the day after a payroll processes and lists all employees who were paid. Those on hold are listed at the bottom of the report with a Y in the WARRANT HOLD column.
SPRS and CAPPS HR/Payroll
SPRRREG-03 – Warrant Hold Report identifies employees paid through SPRS (including CAPPS employees) whose payroll warrants are being held. The report prints locally the day after a SPRS payroll is processed.
