USAS
DAFR3651 – Warrant Register by Agency Report lists all warrants issued by each agency. If a warrant is on hold, payment distribution type (PDT) field displays one of the following:
- RH: Return on hold. A warrant is issued and held due to the payee’s state debt(s).
- DH: Direct deposit on hold. The payee is set up to receive direct deposit payments but due to the payee’s state debt(s), a warrant is issued and held.
- VH: Replacement warrant on hold. A replacement warrant was issued and is on hold due to the payee’s state debt(s).
SPRS and CAPPS HR/Payroll
SPRRREG-03 – Warrant Hold Report identifies employees paid through SPRS (including CAPPS employees) whose payroll warrants are being held. The report prints locally the day after a SPRS payroll is processed.
