Online Entry Screens
Online Entry Screen IDs and Descriptions
To access the online entry screens:
- Enter the appropriate screen ID on Line 1 (upper-left position).
– or – - Enter PYMENU on Line 1 to display the list of online entry screens on the TINS Update Menu (PYMENU) screen.
Your user security determines access to the screens. See Security Requirements for TINS Access.

| PMSTUP | Payee Master Level Setup | Includes Step 1 and Step 2 entry screens |
| (PMCTUP) | Payee Mail Code Setup – Continuation From PMSTUP | PMSTUP, payee master setup, requires an accompanying mail code setup. Once the payee master information is entered, TINS automatically navigates to the PMCTUP screen for a mail code setup. |
| PCHGMS | Payee Master Level Change | Includes a recall step before the data is displayed for updates |
| PMCTUP | Payee Mail Code Setup – Existing Payee | Used to set up new mail codes for payees already on file |
| PCHGMC | Payee Mail Code Change | Includes a recall step before the data is displayed for updates |
| PDDSUP | Payee Direct Deposit Setup | Used to set up direct deposit account information on a mail code. The mail code must already be on file. |
| PDDCHG | Payee Direct Deposit Change | Includes a recall step before the data is displayed for updates |
| PDDCAN | Payee Direct Deposit Cancellation | Includes a recall step before the data is displayed for cancellation |
| PHDSUP | Payee Hold Setup | Includes Step 1 and Step 2 entry screens |
| PHDCHG | Payee Hold Change | Requires a recall step before the data is displayed for updates |
| PHDREL | Payee Hold Release | Requires a recall step before the data is displayed for hold release |
| BKRUPD | TINS Bankruptcy File | Performs as an inquiry and update screen for add, change and delete |
