Scenario

This is a transaction for goods and services. In this example, agency 999 has purchased widgets from agency 000.

Agency 000 revenue:

• Is not for deposit into the State Treasury.
• Is for deposit into their local funds.

As such, agency 000 does not include an RTI with their invoice for payment to agency 999.

Agency 999 enters an ITV with T-code 225 to process their payment to Agency 000.

T-code 225 establishes a voucher payable and issues a warrant or direct deposit. Agency 999 sends this warrant to agency 000 for payment for the widgets.

Both agencies will see transactions listed on DAFR reports.

Note: If the revenue is for deposit into the State Treasury, the RTI process has to be used.
