Financial Inquiry Screens
Note: Financial Inquiry screens in this chapter are arranged in numerical order.
46 Cash Expenditures by Month
The 46 Cash Expenditures by Month screen lists the monthly balances of cash expenditures by agency, appropriation year, appropriation number, appropriated fund, and comptroller object. This screen complements the 47 Cash Revenue by Month by providing the cash expenditure information.
The following Comptroller General Ledger accounts are used for data on this screen:
- 5500 Expenditure Control-Cash
- 6050 Operating Transfers Out
- 6085 Residual Equity Transfers Out
The Access Path on the inquiry below is:
- Agency, AY, and Appropriation.
Use of this access path will provide the cumulative data for the requested Appropriation.
