Using TINS Online
Another way to check vendor hold status is via the TINS online inquiry screen Payee Hold Information (PYHOLD). Users must have at least TINS inquiry access. Contact your agency security coordinator(s) to submit the appropriate security request or coordinate with your agency’s users who already have PYHOLD access.
Access TINS via the BlueZone application. If you do not have BlueZone, contact your agency’s technical staff in Contacts by Agency Name for help. Your agency’s technical staff may contact the Comptroller’s help desk for additional assistance:
