Downloading the File

The file is available for download as early as 6 a.m. daily. Each daily file will have the most current vendor hold status as of the prior business day’s hold transactions processed in TINS. It is critical that agencies download the most current file each day to replace the previous day’s file, since new hold records are set up and existing hold records are released daily. Using a previous day’s file may result in invalid vendor hold searches.

A user must have the appropriate security to download files from the Comptroller’s server. If you do not have security access, contact your agency security coordinator. Otherwise, contact your agency user(s) who download your other daily agency files and reports, such as the Uniform Statewide Accounting System (USAS) HX file, TINS CSV file, processed and non-processed USAS and TINS reports.
