Payee Maintenance Criteria
TINS schedules an annual purge process of payee maintenance history, generally on September 1 at the same time as the mail code purge based on the following criteria:

Processed but failed | An error code was issued | Current and one prior fiscal years |
Processed successfully | No error code was issued | Current and three prior fiscal years |
