Introduction to General Provisions

This tab covers the basics of working in TINS and provides reference material you may need most often.

  • You may review records for your state agency or institution of higher education’s payees who are set up in TINS and hold records reported to TINS.
  • Governing agencies may also view records for the agencies they oversee. A payee’s record remains in TINS for at least four fiscal years from the last payment date.
  • Helpful links to resources under this tab are included in the right feature box that appears on every page.
