2 Enter R or I in the SUBCOMMAND field.
3 Enter the following fields as required:
AGENCY (Key)
INSTRUCTOR SSN (Key)
Enter the instructor’s SSN.
COURSE (Key)
Enter the course identification number established on HGOU1.
SEC (Required)
Enter the section identification number established on HGXU1.
4 Press Enter to process the transaction.
