CERTIFICATION LEVEL (Optional)- An agency-defined alphanumeric value indicating the instructor's certification level.
CERTIFICATION CREDIT (Optional)- An agency-defined value indicating the number of credits the instructor earned toward certification.
AUTHORIZED BY (Optional)- A user-defined code, term, or abbreviation to identify the authority issuing the instructor certification.
COMMENTS (Optional)- Any comments that apply to the instructor’s certification data.
