Status of a Held Warrant – PYWTHD (Held)

When a payment is issued to a payee on hold, you can view the warrant and hold information in TINS on the Payee Warrants Held (PYWTHD) screen.

Note: Paying agencies will only be able to see the payments they issued.

Access the PYWTHD screen:

• By entering the T-code PYWTHD plus the TIN on Line One
• –OR–
• From the INQMEN menu screen

DIST. TYPE

Displays current type of payment distribution:

• RETURN – HOLD
  Warrant held at Comptroller’s office due to hold.
• DIRECT DEP ON HOLD
  Direct deposit instructions overwritten and warrant generated and held at Comptroller’s office.

HOLD STATUS

Displays message ON HOLD if TIN is on hold.

ISSUE AGY

Displays three-digit number identifying agency that initiated payment.

HLD AGY

Displays three-digit number identifying hold agency. If there are multiple hold agencies, the lowest agency number displays.

HOLD REASON

Displays three-digit code indicating hold reason at time held warrant was issued. For multiple hold source agencies, the lowest agency number displays. For multiple held reasons, the lowest hold reason displays.
