Notes 1Verify the ALNs against the SAM. The federal awards that are not assigned an ALN must be identified by the federal agency’s two-digit prefix number, followed by three zeroes. 2The ID number is the identification number assigned by the federal grantor agency when the award is received directly from a federal agency or from another state agency. The ID number must be either an award or contract number. 3The ID number is the identification number assigned by the non-state entity when the award is received from a non-state entity. The ID number is not the ALN or Employer ID number. It must be either an award or contract number. 4Enter the name of the non-state entity as shown in the SEFA web application, under NSE Name list. If a specific NSE name is not available, send a request with NSE supporting documentation to SEFA.Texas@cpa.texas.gov. |
