Fields on the Pre-Enc/Enc/Expend Transaction Entry (505) screen are:

• Payment Due Date (PMT DUE DATE).
• Requested Payment Date (RQD PMT DATE).
• Interest Control indicator (IC)
  • The first character is the flag that designates how automated late payment interest should be calculated.
  • The second two characters of the IC indicator are the interest control reason codes.
• On transactions to replace lost or stolen warrants, agencies must submit the original warrant’s issue date in the ORIG PMT DATE field.
