Fields on the Pre-Enc/Enc/Expend Transaction Entry (505) screen:

• Payment Due Date (PMT DUE DATE)
• Requested Payment Date (RQD PMT DATE)
• Interest Control Indicator (IC indicator)
  • The first character the flag that designates how automated late payment interest should be calculated.
  • The second two characters of the IC indicator are the Interest Control Reason Codes.
• On transactions to replace lost or stolen warrants, agencies must submit the original warrant’s issue date in the ORIG PMT DATE field.
