Use the Security Profile (96A) screen to ensure security was established for all agency personnel entering AFR data in USAS. Review the 96A screen for the following:

  • The PRIOR YR POST IND field is set to Y (yes) to allow for the posting of adjustments to a prior period (for example, 08/31/CY and 08/32/CY).
  • The employee has a valid user class to enter the transaction codes needed for adjustments. This can be verified on the Valid Transaction Codes for User Class (D67) screen, which displays allowable T-codes for a specific user class.
